NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans have signed left guard Peter Skoronski to a four-year, $100 million extension with $88 million guaranteed, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The deal makes Skoronski the highest-paid guard in the NFL.

The Titans announced that they had signed Skoronski to a multiyear extension Friday without disclosing terms.

"This is a tremendous blessing. It's a reflection of the work, sacrifice and support that has helped me get to this point, and I don't take any of it for granted," Skoronski said in a statement. "Thank you to Ms. Amy, Mike Borgonzi and Coach Saleh for believing in me. From the moment I got here, this is where I wanted to be. I love this organization, I love this city, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue representing this franchise."

Selected 11th by the Titans in 2023, Skoronski started 14 games as a rookie and all 17 games the next two seasons. He logged 1,004 snaps last season -- the only Titans offensive player to play 100% of the team's snaps -- and established himself as one of the NFL's top pass blockers following a significant improvement from his rookie and sophomore seasons. He recorded a 96.0% pass block win rate in 2025, finishing tied for fourth overall among interior linemen.

The Titans picked up Skoronski's fifth-year option in April with hopes of signing him to a long-term extension before the season started. The fifth-year option would have paid Skoronski $19.07 million.

Tennessee last season nominated Skoronski for the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, which recognizes players who are the best exemplars of sportsmanship through fair play, respect for the game and opponents, and integrity in competition.

"We couldn't be happier to keep Peter in Nashville. The goal will always be to retain people and players who are cornerstones of our organization, and Peter is certainly that for us," general manager Mike Borgonzi said in a statement. "He has the work ethic to match his talent and a perpetual desire to win that we want permeating throughout our building. We're excited to enter the season knowing he and his family will remain Titans for years to come."
