Company names used in these terms

For these Terms and Conditions, the service operator is identified as USVI News, USVI News & World Report, LLC, and Info VI News. In these terms, those names are used collectively as “USVI News,” “we,” “us,” and “our.”

Account terms

By creating a UsviNews account, you agree to use the service lawfully, not impersonate others, not upload unlawful or abusive material, and understand that USVI News may moderate, remove, or suspend content and accounts at its discretion.

Media submission and ownership terms

If you upload an image or video, you represent that you own or control the rights needed to provide that media. You agree that the uploaded media becomes the property of USVI News and may be edited, published, licensed, archived, or redistributed by USVI News without additional approval or compensation unless USVI News separately agrees otherwise in writing.

Metadata and processing

USVI News may remove existing embedded metadata from uploaded files, apply new metadata for publication and search indexing, add copyright and source information, and store internal moderation and rights records related to the upload.
