Choose a clear subject line and include the relevant USVI News URL when your message concerns published content. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, government identification numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
What to include
- News tip
- Describe what happened, where and when it occurred, how you know, and how the desk can verify supporting material.
- Correction
- Identify the exact statement, explain the error, and provide a reliable source or document when available. See the Corrections Policy.
- Privacy request
- Identify the account, profile, post, or record at issue and the action requested. Identity verification may be required.
- Rights concern
- Provide the content URL, identify the protected work or other right, describe your connection to it, and explain the requested remedy.
- Business listing
- Include the business name, island, listing URL, and your relationship to the business. Existing profiles also provide a claim workflow.
Account access and community reports
For password access, start with the account recovery page. To flag a community post or comment, use the report control attached to the content when it is available; that preserves the content identifier for moderation review.
