Government House said the Blyden proclamation marked the 193rd birthday of the Virgin Islands-born educator, minister, writer and statesman, and that the Melvin H. The Social Security Day proclamation marked the 90th anniversary of the Social Security Act, which Government House said serves more than 22,000 Virgin Islands residents. The SHRM Virgin Islands HR Week proclamation recognized the third anniversary of the Society for Human Resource Management Virgin Islands Chapter.

Government House also said the National Farmers Market Week proclamation highlighted local agriculture, the National Night Out proclamation aligned the territory with the nationwide police-community initiative, and the Indigenous Peoples observance recognized the cultural contributions and presence of Indigenous peoples, including Amerindian descendants in the Virgin Islands.
