WAPA scheduled emergency governing board meeting for April 29

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on April 28, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled an emergency meeting for April 29 at noon.
WAPA said the meeting would be held via Microsoft Teams and would be open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board planned to consider an executive session on legal matters, an action item involving a cost increase for an Ernst & Young contract, and the executive director’s report.
