WAPA offices were set to close March 31 for Transfer Day

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on March 27, 2025, that all business offices would be closed on Monday, March 31, in observance of Transfer Day.
The authority said regular operations would resume on Tuesday, April 1.
WAPA said customers with service-related issues during the closure could contact its 24-hour dispatch lines at 340-773-2250 or 340-774-3552 and select Option 4 to leave a message. The authority also said outages could be reported through its website.
WAPA said bill payments would remain available during the closure through its website, by phone at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 using Option 3, or by check or money order in drop boxes at business centers.
