An archived Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority record dated Sept. 23, 2025 preserved only limited text from a notice about business office closures due to weather conditions.

The surviving text said customers with service-related issues could contact WAPA’s 24-hour dispatch center at 340-773-2250 or 340-774-3552, option 4. It also said outages could be reported through WAPA’s website.

The archived text did not preserve further details of the closure notice.
