The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority scheduled an emergency meeting of its governing board for Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, at 11 a.m., according to a notice issued Dec. 11, 2024.

The public meeting was set to be held via Microsoft Teams.

The agenda listed call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, an action item on the T3 power transformer, and adjournment.
