WAPA said that for the rest of July, crews on St. Thomas were scheduled to work on Feeders 7C and 7B in areas including Mandahl, Wintberg, Donoe, Hoffman, Weymouth Rhymer Highway, Annas Retreat, Tutu, Tabor & Harmony, Smith Bay and Frydendal, along with nearby neighborhoods.

According to the notice, technicians were using tablets, GPS equipment and other devices during the inventory work and could be identified by WAPA contractor ID badges, safety vests and a letter of authority available on request.
