Governor’s children’s Christmas parties ended with St. Croix event on Dec. 15
Gov. Albert Bryan Jr.’s annual children’s Christmas parties concluded on St. Croix on Monday, Dec. 15, with an event at Government House in Christiansted, according to Government House.
Government House said families gathered from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and that gifts were distributed to children from newborn to age 12.
The St. Croix event followed earlier parties held on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Havensight Mall on St. Thomas and on Thursday, Dec. 11, at Franklin A. Powell Sr. Park in Cruz Bay, St. John.
Government House said thousands of children across St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix received age-appropriate gifts during the three events. It also said families were provided food, music and holiday activities.
