Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- As a trough continues to approach from the northwest, the likelihood of flooding will increase. The heaviest activity is anticipated for later this afternoon into early morning hours on Tuesday. Based on the latest guidance and the atmospheric set-up, the confidence is increasing though the exact placement remains uncertain. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
