Liberty Day celebration postponed because of forecasted bad weather

Government House said on Nov. 1, 2024, that the annual Liberty Day Celebration scheduled for that day had been postponed because of forecasted inclement weather.

The statement said the postponement was made because of safety concerns for attendees, participants and staff.

Government House said the Liberty Day planning committee was working to reschedule the event and would announce a new date later.
