WAPA scheduled special governing board meeting for September 10
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on September 7, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled a special meeting for September 10, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
According to the notice, the meeting was open to the public.
The agenda listed a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, and action items to amend the Fortuna Power Purchase Agreement to add an Energy Storage Services Agreement, identified as MISC-08-23, and to amend the Bovoni Power Purchase Agreement to add an Energy Storage Services Agreement, identified as MISC-09-23.
