The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Oct. 22, 2025, that scheduled maintenance would interrupt customer payment services during the weekend.
WAPA said customers would not be able to make payments through its website, by phone or at kiosks during the maintenance window. The archived record preserved limited text and did not specify the exact hours of the outage.
