The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s governing board scheduled an emergency meeting for noon on Dec. 10, 2025.

According to the notice, the meeting was open to the public and was to be held via Microsoft Teams.

The posted agenda listed a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, an executive session on personnel matters, personnel matters, and adjournment.
