WAPA said it would offer payment arrangements to federal workers affected by shutdown

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Nov. 5, 2025, that federal employees affected by the federal government shutdown could visit any of its customer service offices if they were having difficulty paying utility bills.

WAPA said customer service representatives would work with affected federal workers to make payment arrangements.
