WAPA board set regular meeting for Feb. 27 on St. Thomas

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on February 24, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas, with a virtual attendance option through Microsoft Teams.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider Planning and Economic Development Committee action items including the AMI State of the Art Turnkey Project, a conflict of interest policy, board bylaws and a public records policy.
The agenda also listed a Finance and Audit Committee action item on a cost extension for the SC-03-25 Haugland VI contract, followed by the executive director’s report, an executive session for personnel matters and adjournment.
