WAPA offices scheduled to close July 3 and July 4 for holidays

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its customer service and business offices across the territory would be closed on Thursday, July 3, 2025, for Emancipation Day and on Friday, July 4, 2025, for Independence Day.

WAPA said customers with service-related issues during the closures could contact its 24-hour dispatch through 340-773-2250 or 340-774-3552 and select Option 4. The authority also said outages could be reported through its website.

WAPA said bill payments would remain available online, by phone through the same numbers using Option 3, or by check or money order in drop boxes at business centers.

Regular business operations were scheduled to resume on Monday, July 7, 2025.
