The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Sept. 24, 2025, that its customer service offices would resume normal business hours on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WAPA said the weather system it had been monitoring had shifted course and was no longer expected to significantly affect the U.S. Virgin Islands.
