WAPA board set regular meeting for February 26

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s governing board scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., according to a notice issued February 23, 2026.
The authority said the meeting would be held by video conference from the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas.
The published agenda listed approval of meeting minutes and the agenda, followed by committee items including ITRON Change Order No. 1, a cost increase for the Feeder 5A underground electrical project, ratification and a time extension of a FirstBank line of credit, and an amended lease agreement with Four Winds Plaza Corp.
The agenda also included the executive director’s report, an executive session for legal matters, and adjournment.
