WAPA said soil testing began for Northside waterline replacement project

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on January 13, 2025, that soil borings were set to be carried out along Northside Highway and in the Mon Bijou-Glynn, Richmond-La Grande Princesse, and Contentment-Richmond areas on St. Croix.
WAPA said the testing was intended to collect data to support replacement of the existing waterline system in those areas.
