The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on November 10, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for Friday, November 14, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.
The authority said the meeting would be held by videoconference from the Sunny Isles Business Office second-floor conference room on St. Croix.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider adoption of the agenda, approval of the October meeting minutes, and a Finance and Audit Committee action item on approval of single audits. The agenda also listed an executive director’s report and an executive session for personnel matters.
