WAPA expanded Saturday customer service hours for bill disputes

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on September 12, 2024, that it would open customer service offices on Saturday mornings for the next four weekends to handle billing disputes.

WAPA said the expanded hours would run from 8 a.m. to noon at all customer service locations. The authority said customers with disputes related to recent electric bills could also seek assistance by phone during those hours at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250, option 5, or by email at customer.service@viwapa.vi.

The authority advised customers to bring documentation related to their accounts or billing disputes to help speed resolution.
