The big man known as "KAT" made a surprise appearance late in the match after Danhausen went outside the ring and up the ramp to a mysterious "Cloning Machine" box.

After a build-up and a large puff of smoke, the sunglasses-wearing Towns walked out of the box to a huge ovation and strolled to the ring, where he encountered McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio.

Towns chokeslammed McDonagh and then did the same to Mysterio, except that one went through a wooden table. Danhausen then hit McDonagh with a "Triple D" (reverse DDT) for the win.

Afterward, Towns celebrated with Danhausen and a trio of "Minihausens," who had interfered earlier in the match.

Towns then went to the turnbuckle, raised his arm and signaled "five" in honor of the Knicks' five-game NBA Finals victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

Earlier in the match, Danhausen, who was wearing blue and orange tights in honor of the Knicks, took back the Knicks jersey that The Judgment Day had stolen from him. However, McDonagh and Mysterio stole it back and even ripped the jersey. The Minihausens helped stem their momentum a little bit, but Towns' interference sealed the deal for Danhausen.

Danhausen has been at odds with The Judgment Day for weeks, dating all the way back to one of his first WWE appearances when he cursed Mysterio.

Since then, Danhausen has continued to make life miserable for the group by electrocuting McDonagh, stealing $100,000 from Dominik and cursing Liv Morgan before her Queen of the Ring final match against Iyo Sky.

A few weeks ago on Raw, The Judgment Day were out for revenge, and they got some measure of it by breaking into Danhausen's lab and stealing the custom jersey gifted to him by the New York Knicks.

Danhausen became synonymous with the Knicks' run to the NBA Finals and their first championship since 1973.

Early in the playoffs, Danhausen cursed the Knicks to spite ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith, and the Knicks subsequently fell behind 2-1 in their first-round playoff series with the Atlanta Hawks.

However, Danhausen then uncursed them, and what followed was one of the most impressive runs of dominance in the history of the NBA playoffs.

The Knicks went on to win 15 of their next 16 games, and they beat the San Antonio Spurs 4-1 in the NBA Finals to give them their first championship in over 50 years.

Given his connection to the Knicks and the support he showed them en route to winning the NBA title, it came as little surprise Saturday when the MSG faithful expressed their love for Danhausen.

With the New York fans firmly behind him, Danhausen took down McDonagh on Saturday and continued to be a thorn in The Judgment Day's side.
