The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on June 18, 2025, that its offices would be closed on Thursday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.

WAPA said normal operations would resume on Friday, June 20, 2025.

The authority said customers with service-related issues during the closure could contact its 24-hour dispatch through its main phone lines. It also said outages could be reported through its website and that bill payments would remain available online, by phone, or by drop box at business centers.
