Island administrators scheduled men’s health talk for July 1 on St. Thomas

St. Thomas-Water Island Administrator Kevin Rodriquez and St. Croix Administrator Sammuel Sanes announced a men’s health event, "The Men’s Table - Real Talk about Men’s Health," scheduled for July 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Government House on St. Thomas.

The event was described as open to men only and focused on physical and mental health, lifestyle choices and preventive care. It was also scheduled to be streamed on the Government House Facebook page and on Government Access Network Channel 27.

Featured speakers were listed as Dr. John Franklin of VI Urologic Center Inc. and Dr. Avi Chaim Weiss of MidAtlantic Urology Associates.

Government House said the event was being held in collaboration with the Virgin Islands Department of Health’s Chronic Disease Division.
