WAPA board meeting was scheduled for September 26

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on September 23, 2024, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for September 26, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
The meeting was set to be held by videoconference from the Sunny Isles Business Office conference room on the second floor in St. Croix and was to be open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board planned to consider personnel and legal matters in executive session, along with several committee action items. Those items included approval of the Petronella Solar interconnection agreement, amendments to the energy storage agreements for Petronella Solar and Hogensborg Solar, 2024 bans ratification, and renewal of the Evertec Group LLC contract SC-29-21.
The agenda also listed an executive director report before adjournment.
