Bryan ordered up to $10 million in income tax refunds to be issued

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. said on Nov. 10, 2025, that he had directed the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Department of Finance to begin issuing up to $10 million in income tax refunds.

According to Government House, the refunds in that batch were to go to 3,328 tax filers who were due refunds and had filed their returns by March 21, 2024. Refunds were scheduled to begin going out on Nov. 20, 2025.

Government House said the disbursement followed a July 2025 issuance of $15.7 million in income tax refunds to more than 3,700 residents.
