Bryan submits two judicial nominations to 36th Legislature

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. submitted two judicial nominations to the 36th Legislature on March 2, 2026, for consideration and confirmation.

The nominations were Denise M. Francois to serve as a justice on the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands and Renee M. André to serve as a judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands in the St. Thomas-St. John District.

Under Virgin Islands law, the nominations move to the Legislature for review and confirmation.
