Pafford EMS donated 15 pallets of emergency medical supplies to the U.S. Virgin Islands

Government House said Gov. Albert Bryan Jr., Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services Director Antonio Stevens and other officials attended a July 28 ceremony at the Omar Brown Fire Station on St. Thomas marking Pafford Emergency Medical Services' donation of 15 pallets of emergency medical supplies to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The administration said the donation added to an eight-year partnership between Pafford EMS and the territorial government. The release said Pafford EMS assisted during the responses to Hurricanes Irma and Maria and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

VIFEMS Territorial Lead Lisle Evelyn, Pafford EMS Chief Executive Officer Jamie Pafford-Gresham and Stevens spoke during the ceremony. Junior Fire Chief of the St. Thomas-St. John District Eustace Grant served as master of ceremonies.

Government House said the donation came during the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season.
