WAPA payment services scheduled to be unavailable from Feb. 13 to Feb. 16 for maintenance

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its online payment services platform was scheduled to be unavailable from 4 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026, through 8 a.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026, because of planned system maintenance.
During that period, customers were not expected to be able to make electronic payments through the WAPA website, by phone or at kiosks.
