David Whitaker says he is still owed $10,000 for campaign research work connected to Albert Bryan.
According to Whitaker, Ray Martinez brought John Engerman to him for “campaign research” related to Albert Bryan. Whitaker said Engerman agreed to pay him $20,000 for the work.
Whitaker said he received an initial payment of $10,000, but the remaining $10,000 balance was never paid.
“The agreement was for $20,000,” Whitaker said. “I was paid $10,000, but the rest of the bill remains unpaid.”
Whitaker said the outstanding balance is connected to Friends of Albert Bryan and remains unresolved.
