WAPA board meeting on Sept. 18 delayed to 10 a.m. despite office closures

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its scheduled board meeting on Sept. 18, 2025, would still be held even though WAPA business offices were closed territorywide.
The authority said the meeting, originally set for 9:30 a.m., was rescheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
