The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on August 19, 2024, that line crews on St. Thomas were prioritizing isolated outages on feeders 6A, 7A and 6B, including in Lerkenlund, St. Peter Mountain Road, Hull Bay, Estate Pearl and Frenchtown.
On St. Croix, WAPA said crews were continuing to address isolated or pocket outages on feeder 8B, feeder 10B, Good Hope and other parts of the island. The authority said contractor Haugland VI was supporting restoration work in the Rainforest area.
The update was issued in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Ernesto.
