The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on August 25, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for August 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

The authority said the meeting would be held by videoconference from the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas using Microsoft Teams.

According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider Planning and Economic Development Committee items involving amendments to contracts with Arcadis, Barkley Technologies, and other vendors, along with proposals tied to engineering and project management services for a capital water project and the Queen Street underground electric construction project for Feeder 1A.

The agenda also listed Finance and Audit Committee action items including a First Bank credit facilities extension and contract amendments involving Symbiosa and Haugland entities.

The meeting notice said the agenda also included the executive director's report and an executive session for personnel and legal matters.
