The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on April 19, 2025, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas, with remote access available through Microsoft Teams.
According to the published agenda, the meeting was set to include an executive session for legal and personnel matters, a Planning and Economic Development Committee item on an amendment to contract SC-18-24 with Kami Metals, and Finance and Audit Committee items on a cost increase for an Ernst & Young contract and an amendment of SC-02-21 with BDO.
