The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its Port of Sale business office on St. Thomas and its Marketplace business office on St. John closed at 3 p.m. on December 20, 2024, for an organizational session.

WAPA said regular business operations were expected to resume on December 23, 2024.

The authority said customers could continue making payments online, by phone, at First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches, or by using drop boxes at WAPA business offices.
