The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on November 22, 2024, that customers on Feeders 3A and 4A were scheduled for an electrical service interruption expected to last about one hour.

WAPA said the outage was needed to reconfigure the two feeders to accommodate the Petronella Solar Farm photovoltaic connection, allowing electricity generated by the solar farm to be delivered to the grid for distribution to homes and businesses in the area.

The archived record preserved only limited text and did not include the specific date, time or affected locations for the interruption.
