The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority scheduled a Governing Board meeting for Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, according to an archived notice that preserved only a brief agenda.
The agenda listed call to order and quorum, adoption of the agenda, and a Planning and Economic Development Committee section. Items under that section were the Feeder 9A Underground Project, SC-38-19 Haugland VI cost increase, SC-24-21 AMI project time and increase, an amendment to contract SC-05-23 West Peak Energy, and 2026 employee benefits renewal.
