Bryan said he would lead U.S. Virgin Islands delegation to Ghana from Nov. 22 to 30
Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. said on Nov. 10, 2025, that he would lead an official Virgin Islands delegation to Accra, Ghana, from Nov. 22 to Nov. 30.
According to Government House, the delegation was to include senior representatives from the Department of Tourism, the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority and the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network.
Government House said the trip's agenda was expected to include meetings with the Ghana Free Zones Authority, Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, senior leadership of the Bank of Ghana and President John Dramani Mahama. The delegation also was expected to visit the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, tour Osu Castle and meet community and business leaders in the Osu neighborhood.
Bryan announced the planned trip during the Government House weekly press briefing in Charlotte Amalie on St. Thomas.
