WAPA governing board scheduled monthly meeting for Dec. 20, 2018
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. at WAPA’s Sunny Isle conference room.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider several Planning and Economic Development Committee items, including Wartsila North America change orders Nos. 6 through 10, approval of Requisition No. 38441 for standalone and three-phase composite poles, waste removal for the CAT F hardening project, a time extension for Contract No. SC-39-17 for air quality performance testing, a B&V IRP proposal and RFQ 10-19 freight.
The agenda also listed Finance and Audit Committee action on Addendum No. 2 to Contract SC-15-19 and Sustainable Capital Advisors LLC, followed by the executive director’s report, an executive session on a legal matter and adjournment.
