The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 2 p.m. via Zoom.
According to the notice published on June 9, 2021, the agenda included proposed action on an extension of Contract SC-63-19 with Sustainable Capital Advisors LLC and a seventh extension, identified as No. 2, of the distillate fuel oil contract for St. Croix and St. Thomas with Glencore Ltd.
The agenda also listed an executive session for a legal matter before adjournment.
