WAPA business offices to open at 11 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Jan. 18, 2023, that all of its business offices would open at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 20, 2023.
WAPA said the delayed opening was scheduled so employees could attend an internal memorial service for former employee Kathleen D. Smith.
The authority said customers could still make payments online, by phone, through automatic bill pay, or in person at First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
