The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to meet on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
According to the notice published on Dec. 24, 2022, the meeting was to be held via Zoom and was open to the public.
The posted agenda listed a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, legal matters, an item identified as "SC-02-21 FY2020 Single Audit No Cost Time Extension," the executive director’s report, and adjournment.
