WAPA scheduled July 1 and July 5 outages for parts of St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said it scheduled electrical service interruptions in two St. Croix areas in early July 2024.
WAPA said about 20 customers in Estate Frederikshaab were set to lose service on Monday, July 1, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. so crews could safely transfer single-phase lines on Feeder 8B.
The authority said about 60 customers in Little La Grange were scheduled for an outage on Friday, July 5, 2024, from about 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. as part of the composite pole project and to safely transfer single-phase lines on Feeder 8B.
