The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on June 15, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider an extension of Contract SC-63-18 with Sustainable Capital Advisors LLC and a seventh extension of a contract with Glencore Ltd. for No. 2 distillate fuel oil for St. Croix and St. Thomas.
The agenda also listed an executive session for a legal matter before adjournment.
