VIPD said Estate St. George bridge on St. Croix had not collapsed

The Virgin Islands Police Department said on Aug. 22, 2020, that reports of a collapsed bridge along Centerline Road at Estate St. George on St. Croix were incorrect.

VIPD said the bridge had not sustained damage from Tropical Storm Laura and remained open to motorists.
