St. Thomas motor vehicle office required appointments for written driver’s license tests

The Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles said on April 8, 2019, that applicants on St. Thomas were required to make an appointment to take the written test for a driver’s license.

The notice said the change ended the practice of allowing test takers to walk into the testing room without an appointment.
