WAPA governing board meeting was scheduled for Dec. 20 on St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Dec. 16, 2019, that its governing board would meet on Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, at the authority’s Sunny Isle administrative office conference room on St. Croix.

WAPA said the public meeting was set to begin at 9:30 a.m.

According to the published agenda, the board was scheduled to consider approval of the agenda, receive a presentation on the Water System Master Plan, and take up Planning and Economic Development Committee action items including Barkley Technologies SC-80-18 Addendum 02 and a land purchase from the Virgin Islands Port Authority. The agenda also listed an executive director’s report and legal matters.
