Government House said on March 27, 2019, that Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. would hold a press conference at 2 p.m. AST on March 28, 2019, to make an announcement concerning the Virgin Islands Department of Justice.

The event was scheduled for the Arthur Able Complex, also known as the Old Danish School, at 315 Prince Street in Frederiksted, St. Croix.
